§ 6-68. DOG AND CAT BITE, PROCEDURES.
   Any owner or custodian of a dog or cat who has bitten a person, or owner having any reason to believe that such dog or cat has bitten any person in the city shall immediately report the incident to the Chief of Police of the city. The animal shall immediately be confined at the city pound or at some other suitable place as provided in § 6-72.
