If the City Inspector, or the designated representative appointed by the Business Manager, determines that a violation of city, county, state, or federal law, ordinance, or regulation has occurred, the following actions may be taken:
(A) Issuance of a notice to the kennel license holder of the violation, giving a period not to exceed 30 days to remedy the problem or face closure;
(B) Cite the kennel license holder for violation of this section, which shall be a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, punishable as set forth in § 1-14. Each day or any portion of a day during which any violation of this section shall continue shall constitute a separate offense; and/or
(C) Issue an immediate order of closure, in which event, the kennel license holder shall immediately cease and desist operating the kennel. Failure to comply with the order shall be a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, punishable as set forth in § 1-14. Each day or any portion of a day during which any violation of this section shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
