9-4-1: WATER DEPTH:
   A.   Swimming Pools: It shall be unlawful, within the corporate limits of the City, for any person or persons to maintain a swimming pool that has a maximum depth of more than eighteen inches (18") of water unless same is completely surrounded by a fence not less than four feet (4') in height and which fence shall be constructed sufficiently strong and of such design so as to prevent said pool from being readily accessible.    B.   Other Bodies Of Water: It shall also be unlawful, within the corporate limits of the City, for any person to maintain a fish pond or any other decorative pond or pool that has a maximum depth of more than eighteen inches (18") of water and has an opening of more than fifteen (15) square feet, unless same is completely surrounded by a guard or fence not less than two feet (2') in height and which guard or fence shall be constructed sufficiently strong and of such design so as to prevent said pond or pool from being readily accessible.
