B. Copies On File: One copy of each code above mentioned, being the official Building Code of the City, shall be at all times on file in the City Hall. Any person desiring a copy of the official Building Code may obtain same on a loan basis for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and shall at the time of securing same, deposit with the City Treasurer a security deposit in an amount to be determined sufficient by the City Treasurer.
