8-9-4: OPERATION UNDER THE INFLUENCE:

A person who drives or is in actual physical control of a neighborhood vehicle on any street, road, highway or alley of the city of Alton while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is subject to sections 11-500 through 11-502 of the Illinois motor vehicle code . (Ord. 7187, 3-24-2010)
