8-2-15: DRIVER'S SIGNALS REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to start, slow down, stop or attempt to turn such vehicle without first giving a suitable signal in the manner required by Illinois Compiled Statutes for such circumstances. (Ord. 3378, 10-12-1966)
