A. Impersonating An Officer: It shall be unlawful for any person to falsely represent himself, by word or deed, to be an officer or employee of the city, county, state or federal government.
B. Resisting An Officer: It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly resist or obstruct the performance by one known to that person to be a peace officer acting within his official capacity. (Ord. 4881, 10-10-1984)
