The proceeds resulting from the imposition of the tax under this chapter for amusements presented in the Alton Amphitheater located in or near the Alton Riverfront Park, including interest and penalties, shall be paid into the Treasury of the City's General Fund and immediately thereafter shall be credited to and deposited in the Alton Amphitheater Fund or account maintained by the Treasurer and Comptroller of the City.
