4-17-3: REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO WORK AREA:

The work area shall not be carpeted and shall have a stainless steel sink which shall be used only for the rinsing or washing of contaminated materials and equipment. Customers shall not be allowed to use said stainless steel sink and said sink shall have a biohazard symbol posted directly above it. The countertops located in the work area shall consist of a nonporous surface to allow for proper cleaning. (Ord. 6537, 11-8-2000)
