4-4-13: PROHIBITED ACTS AND CONDITIONS:
   A.   Peddling: It shall be unlawful to peddle alcoholic liquor in the city. (1961 Code § 4-6)
   B.   Lewd Entertainment: No person licensed under this chapter shall permit any employee, entertainer or patron to engage in any live act, demonstration, dance, or exhibition on the licensed premises which:
      1.   Exposes his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region; or
      2.   Exposes any device, costume or covering which gives the appearance of or simulates the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region; or (Ord. 4756, 4-13-1983)
      3.   Exposes any portion of the breast at or below the areola thereof. (Ord. 4756, 4-13-1983; amd. Ord. 7114, 12-17-2008)
   C.   Curb Service: No curb service for the sale of alcoholic liquors shall be permitted on or in connection with premises for which a license has been granted for the sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises, either upon the public street or private property contiguous to such premises so licensed.    D.   Resale Of Alcoholic Beverages: No entity or person licensed under this chapter, or his agent or employee, shall circumvent the laws of the state of Illinois by purchasing alcoholic beverages from a retail establishment in a neighboring state for resale on premises licensed for retail sale of alcoholic liquor in the city of Alton.    E.   Removal Of Alcoholic Beverages From Premises: No licensee under this chapter shall suffer, permit or allow any alcoholic beverage to be removed from the licensed premises except in the unopened original package if package sales are permitted. No licensee under this chapter shall allow the transfer of an alcoholic beverage from its original glass or other container to a paper cup or other container commonly referred to as a "go cup" for any purpose.    F.   Restaurant Or Banquet Facility: No owner or operator of any restaurant or banquet facility shall allow or permit the consumption of any alcoholic liquor, beer, or wine on the premises of the restaurant or banquet facility by customers, patrons or guests, during any such time that the owner or operator of the restaurant or banquet facility does not enjoy the privileges of a liquor license issued by the city of Alton.
