A. Dogs: All dogs shall be kept under restraint. The owner of any dog not under restraint shall be guilty of a violation of this section.
B. Cats: No owner shall fail to exercise proper care and control of his cat(s) to prevent them from becoming a public nuisance as defined in subsection 7-12-8 of this chapter. A community cat caretaker shall not be deemed an owner of community cats for the purposes of this section. (Ord. 7513, 4-27-2016; amd. Ord. 7913, 11-8-2023)
