A. Failure To Comply With State And City Regulations: Should an adult-use cannabis business establishment fail to conform to and meet all laws, rules and regulations established by the State of Illinois and the City pursuant to the production and distribution of cannabis and other associated products as allowed under the Act and its subsequent implementing regulations, this may be considered a dissolution of use, allowing for the revocation of the license issued by the City.
B. Termination Of Use: Should an adult-use cannabis business establishment fail to use the property for the purpose under which the business license was provided for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days, this may be considered dissolution of use, allowing for the revocation of the license by the City.
