A. Adult-Use Cannabis Business Establishments shall be restricted as follows in the following districts:
1. Adult-use cannabis craft growers are permitted by right in the M-1;
2. Adult-use cannabis cultivation centers, under cover and open field, are permitted by right M-1;
3. Adult-use cannabis dispensing organizations shall be limited to one per each of the two (2) cannabis dispensary zones as provided for in subsection C of this section and allowed by right within C-2 zone;
4. Adult-use cannabis infuser organizations are permitted by right in M-1;
5. Adult-use cannabis processing organizations are permitted by right in M-1;
6. Adult-use cannabis transporting organizations are permitted by right within the M-1; and
7. Adult-use cannabis lounges shall be limited to one per each of the two (2) cannabis lounge zones as provided for in subsection C of this section and allowed by right within C-2 zone.
B. Adult-use cannabis business establishments shall conform to and meet all regulations established by the City and the State of Illinois. Nonconformance may be considered dissolution of the business license.
