2-19-4: EXPENDITURES AND REPORTING:
   A.   Any and all expenditure of municipal funds by the Riverfront Commission shall first be authorized and approved by the city council.
   B.   The Commission and its members shall have no authority to incur any financial obligations of any kind in the name of the city without prior approval of the mayor and city council as to any specific item or expense.
   C.   Where the Commission wishes to make a recommendation or provide advice to the City Council, the matter will be submitted and considered through City staff under the City Council's agenda review and approvals process. Any requests by the Commission to provide recommendations and advice for presentation to the Council will be approved at the City's discretion.
   D.   On a quarterly basis, the Commission will also work with the municipal administration to prepare a quarterly report to Council summarizing its progress and provide any other reports as requested by the City Council as requested. (Ord. 7848, 7-13-2022)
