A. The Riverfront Commission shall establish its own schedule of meetings, organize and appoint such subcommittees as may be deemed necessary, and conduct its business in such a manner as to progressively approach the goals of Riverfront Development within the government and jurisdiction of the city of Alton.
B. In the performance of their responsibilities the commission and its members shall abide by the Illinois open meetings act and the commission shall be considered a "public body" for all legal purposes. (Ord. 7848, 7-13-2022)
