4-22-7: TERM LICENSE, RENEWAL, TRANSFERAL:
   A.   The term of said license shall begin on January 1 of the year for which such document is issued and shall terminate on December 31 of the same year.
   B.   If the licensee has received notice of violation of any law or regulation, including disciplinary action against the license, the application for renewal shall include a copy of the notice or disciplinary action.
   C.   In addition to the grounds set forth in Title 4, Chapter 1 of this Code, a Short-Term Rental Unit license may not be renewed if there are causes for denial, suspension, revocation or other licensing sanctions as provided in Title 4, Chapter 1 or this article, or rules and regulations promulgated thereto.
   D.   Except where the City Treasurer has received a complete renewal application along with the requisite fees, it shall be unlawful for any person to operate a Short-Term Rental Unit after the expiration date recorded upon the face of the Short-Term Rental Unit license.
   E.   No license granted pursuant to this article shall be transferable from one (1) person to another or from one (1) location to another. (Ord. 7818, 11-10-2021; amd. Ord. 7878, 4-12-2023)
