4-22-2: LICENSING REQUIREMENT:

It shall be unlawful to offer, provide, or operate a Short-Term Rental Unit in the City of Alton without first obtaining a license as provided in this article and in compliance with any and all applicable laws, regulations, and the city code adopted pursuant thereto. (Ord. 7818, 11-10-2021)
