A. After all testimony has been received and the written comment period has expired, the committee shall submit its recommendation, in writing, to the city council. Recommendations for approval shall be given only if the proposed facility meets the criteria in 415 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/39.2.
B. Upon receipt of the committee's recommendation, which shall be accompanied by a copy of the record of the public hearing, the city council shall consider the application pursuant to the act. (Ord. 6769, 9-24-2003)
