There is hereby established a community relations commission in and for the city. The community relations commission shall consist of eleven (11) members, representative, so far as possible, of all segments of the community. Eight (8) members of the commission shall be community members, while the police chief, director of economic development and housing, and city attorney, or their designee, shall serve as members representing the city.
