12-5-8: INSTALLATION OF FIRE HYDRANTS:

Fire hydrants shall be immediately connected and maintained in an operative condition as soon as water mains have been installed at the construction site. Access to all fire hydrants by fire fighting apparatus shall be provided and maintained. Hydrants shall be located as specified by the Fire Chief. (Ord. 6104, 12-18-1996)
