12-4-10: UTILITIES; PLACEMENT UNDERGROUND:
Storm and sanitary sewer and utility lines for water, telephone, gas, electric service, television or telecommunication service and streetlights shall be placed entirely underground. (Ord. 6104, 12-18-1996)
