Improvements required and/or regulated by this Title shall be constructed in substantial accordance with approved engineering plans and specifications, the standards, requirements and regulations set forth in this Title, and other applicable ordinances of the City. Furthermore:
A. During construction, if the subdivider wishes to modify the size, type, quantity and/or locations of any or all of the required improvements, the subdivider's engineer shall submit a written change request to the Department of Public Works for review and obtain written approval prior to proceeding with installation of the modified improvement.
B. The subdivider or the subdivider's engineer shall notify the Department of Public Works of the commencement, suspension, or resumption of work at least one day prior to the commencement, suspension, or resumption of such work. This requirement shall not apply to work suspended due to adverse weather conditions. (Ord. 6104, 12-18-1996)
