(a) No person shall knowingly have, possess or use the substance known as K-2 or Spice within the Municipality of the City of Alliance.
(b) For the purposes of this section, the term K-2 or Spice shall include the chemical compounds JWH-018, HU-210, or JWH-073 as well as the chemical compounds 1-Pentyl-3-(1- naphthoyl) indole, 1-Butyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole, or (6aR,10aR)-9-(hydroxymethyl)-6, 6-dimethyl-3-(2-methyloctan-2-yl)-6a, 7, 10, 10a- tetrahydrobenzo[c]chromen-1-ol or a compound, mixture, preparation, or substance containing 1-Pentyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole, 1-Butyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole, or (6aR,10aR)-9-(hydroxymethyl)-6, 6-dimethyl-3- (2-methyloctan-2-yl)-6a, 7, 10, 10a - tetrahydrobenzo[c]chromen-1-ol.
(c) A violation of Section 513.17(a) is punishable as a misdemeanor in the first degree. (Ord. 87-10. Passed 11-1-10.)
