917.99 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF REGULATIONS.

Any person who violates Section 917.01 limiting the use of water after such regulations have been published shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Every day such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
