The Director of Public Safety and Service is hereby authorized to establish regulations limiting the use of water for sprinkling lawns, air conditioning, automobile washing, swimming pools or for any use other than for sanitary purposes.
The Director of Public Safety and Service shall, upon establishing such regulations, cause the same to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the City.
