907.03 WIRES TO BE PLACED IN UNDERGROUND CONDUITS UPON CONTEMPLATED STREET PAVING.
   Any person having any system of wires supported by poles used in connection with any telephone, telegraph, electric light or power service and located upon any City street twenty feet or more in width, which street is about to be paved, shall, within sixty days after receiving the notice as provided for in Section 907.04, place all of such wires underground in proper conduits of approved construction. Such conduits shall be laid without interfering with any water or sewer system in the City.
