The application for license set forth in Section 757.04 shall be accompanied by a certificate of insurance for a policy of public liability insurance for each taxicab or personnel transportation vehicle. The policy shall be issued by an insurance company licensed to do business within the State of Ohio. Such policy shall provide public liability insurance in the minimum amounts of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) per incident for bodily injury or personal property loss and three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) aggregate amount for bodily injury and personal property loss. The certificate of insurance shall contain a provision notifying the City of Alliance ten days prior to the expiration of any policy.
