741.13 FENCE REQUIREMENTS.

The fence required by Section 741.12 shall be not less than six feet in height and shall be subject to the approval of the Fire Chief and the City Fire Inspector. Such fence shall be constructed on the building line and shall be constructed to withstand wind pressure of thirty pounds per square foot.
