741.12 DISMANTLING OR STORING ON UNFENCED LOT PROHIBITED.

No person shall wreck, dismantle or store for commercial purposes, the wreckage of parts of motor-driven vehicles, wastepaper, cardboard or any used building materials on any open lot or parcel of ground not enclosed in a fence meeting the requirements prescribed in Section 741.13. (1963 Code §741.12)
