When the person responsible for making a false or misleading report, statement or call pursuant to this chapter is a minor, the parent or legal guardian of the minor shall be held liable for all costs incurred by the Police Department and/or Fire Department to respond and investigate the activity as reported pursuant to §§ 9.20.040 and 9.20.060 of this chapter.
