§ 22.32.080.1 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.

   Applications for requests as defined above must be submitted to the City Engineer and shall include the following:

   (A)   Adequate evidence of title to the real property involved;

   (B)   A statement of the reasons for the proposed merger;

   (C)   The information required for a tentative parcel map, as specified in §§ 22.24.020 through 22.24.030 of this title, unless certain information requirements are waived by the City Engineer;

   (D)   Any other information deemed necessary by the City Engineer or Director of Community Development;

   (E)   The required filing fee, as established pursuant to Chapter 22.76 of this title.
