§ 22.20.150 AMENDMENTS OF APPROVED TENTATIVE MAPS.
   (A)   Amendments to an approved tentative map shall be submitted to the Department of Community Development, for review and approval by the Planning Commission. Applications for amendments shall conform to the requirements of the Director of Community Development and the city accompanied by the appropriate fee as established by resolution of the City Council.
   (B)   The Director of Community Development shall determine whether the requested amendment(s) are minor or major. If the Director determines that such amendment(s) is minor, (s)he shall set the matter for review by the Planning Commission and shall prepare written report concerning such amendment for consideration by the Planning Commission.
   (C)   If the Director determines that such amend-ment(s) is major, (s)he shall set the matter for a public hearing before the Planning Commission, and the amendment shall be processed as provided in §§ 22.20.060 through 22.20.130 of this chapter.
   (D)   Actions on requested amendments shall not alter or extend the expiration date of the originally approved tentative map.
