§ 15.24.040 ONLY AUTHORIZED EMPLOYEES TO WEAR BADGES; SURRENDER OF BADGES.
   No person not an authorized officer or employee of the Water Department shall have, wear or exhibit any badge or credential of the Department. It shall be the duty of each officer and employee of the Department, upon resignation or dismissal, forthwith to surrender and deliver at the office of the Department all badges and credentials of the Department.
