§ 15.24.020 RIGHT OF ENTRY OF WATER DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES FOR PURPOSE OF INSPECTION.
   Any officer, inspector, foreman or other authorized employee of the Water Department shall, upon presentation of his badge or other credential required by the preceding section, have free access at all reasonable hours to any premises supplied with city water for the purpose of making any inspection of the entire water system upon any premises.
