§ 14.04.110 SUPERINTENDENT OF PARKS, EMPLOYEES GIVEN POWERS OF SPECIAL POLICEMEN.
   The Superintendent of Parks, all foremen and employees in public parks and library employees are hereby given the power and authority of special policemen, for the purpose of making arrests for any violation of the rules and regulations established by this chapter.
