(A) Upon the filing of each original application provided for by § 11.36.020, the Finance Department shall confirm the accuracy and completeness of such application. Any false or incomplete application, or one that does not otherwise meet the requirements set forth on such application may be denied by the Finance Department.
(B) In the event of denial, notice of denial shall be emailed to applicant by the Finance Department and the applicant may within 14 days of receipt of such notice file a written appeal from the denial with the City Council.
