§ 9.97.010 VIOLATION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, impede or harass, or to cause or allow an animal to interfere with, impede or harass, a dog owned by the city and used by the City Police Department in any of its lawful functions while such dog is so being used for such lawful functions.
