§ 9.44.050 REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS PRACTICING MASSAGE THERAPY.
   It shall be unlawful for any individual to practice massage therapy for compensation as a sole practitioner, independent contractor or employee of a massage establishment or in any capacity within the city unless that individual is a certified massage practitioner.
