§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 152.01 through 152.07 and 152.20 through 152.30, upon conviction thereof, shall pay a fine not to exceed rates based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time.
