§ 50.43 RATE CHANGE PROCEDURE.

   (A)   Any request for rate change shall be advertised not less than two times one week apart and shall state the date, time, and location of a public meeting to advise the reasons for the rate change. In no event shall the fee schedule so established serve to collect monies in excess of those required for payment of the costs of the services provided herein.

   (B)    The fees set forth herein shall be subject to the collection process, late charges, discontinuance of service, and penalty provisions of § 50.40(A), § 50.41(C), and § 50.99 of this code.
