§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter to which no other specific penalty applies shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of any portion of §§ 50.40 through 50.42 shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed a sum based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time.
