10-5-1: USES:

Buildings and premises may be used for the same purposes listed in section 10-4-1 of this title and in addition for the following purposes:

   Community civic center constructed or operated under the Illinois Metropolitan Civic Center support act.

   Two-family dwellings. (Ord. 12/2014, 6-16-2014)

10-5-1-1: SPECIAL USES:

   Not for profit organizations.

   Wedding/event facility. (Ord. 12/2014, 6-16-2014; amd. Ord. 09/2015, 9-21-2015)

10-5-2: LOT SIZE:

Every lot or tract of land which a single-family dwelling is to be constructed shall have an area of not less than five thousand (5,000) square feet and a minimum width of forty feet (40'). For two-family dwellings, there shall be an additional two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet area and a minimum width of fifty feet (50'), provided, that a smaller lot officially on record at the time of the passage hereof may be used for a single-family dwelling.
