5-1-2: BUILDING REGULATIONS:
All buildings shall not be erected, enlarged or added to within the fire limits unless the same conform to the requirements and specifications and provisions of the building code as provided in section 4-1-1 of this code. (Ord. 15/1900, 4-17-1901)
