State statute 160D was adopted and effective on July 1, 2021. Any section of this chapter and any chapters pertaining to land use regulation and enforcement therof found not to be consistent with statute 160D shall be void. In the event that G.S. 160D or any part therof is repealed, this chapter and all associated chapters shall be deemed repealed and the provisions hereof no longer effective.
