§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is set forth shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   The town may enforce §§ 93.01 et seq. by use of an injunction or any other legal remedy, including a fine.

      (2)   A violation of §§ 93.01 et seq. may result in a fine from $0 up to $500. Each day that the property owner is in violation of §§ 93.01 et seq. shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   A person or entity who is guilty of a violation of any provision of § 93.10 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 nor less than $250. Each day any portion of § 93.10 is violated shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person who violates § 93.11 shall pay a fine equal to the sum of $25 and court costs or the cost of the removal of any plant life and court costs, whichever is greater.
