§ 93.01 PREVENTING OR IMPEDING TRAFFIC; PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ANY STREET OR ALLEY.

No person shall be permitted to prevent or impede any traffic from using any road or alley within the town. The person may obtain a permit for the temporary closure of any street or alley subject to approval of the Town Council.
