11-4-5: VIOLATION AND PENALTIES:
   A.   Within City Limits: Any person violating any provision of this title, within the corporate limits of the city, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day that such violation continues shall be a separate offense. Prosecution or conviction under this provision shall never be a bar to any other remedy or relief for violations of this title.
   B.   Outside City Limits: Any person violating any provision of this title, outside the corporate limits of the city, but within the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction, shall not be considered as committing a misdemeanor nor shall any fine provided in subsection A of this section be applicable; however, the city shall have the right to institute an action in the district court to enjoin the violation of any provision of this title.
