CHAPTER 5 ANIMALS PROHIBITED

A. Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or cause to be kept for any purpose whatever, within the city limits, the animals listed as follows:

Hogs or swine

Sheep

Goats

Cattle

Horses

Mules or burros

Chickens

Ducks

Geese

Turkeys

B. Violation And Penalty: Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 569, 9-11-1972; amd. 1994 Code)
