4-2-3: EXEMPTIONS FROM PROVISIONS:

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to apply to the sale, storage or use of railroad track torpedoes or other signaling devices used by the railroads or the sale, storage or use of flashlight composition by photographers or dealers in photographic supplies. (Ord. 652, 8-1-1978)
