4-2-1: FIREWORKS DECLARED NUISANCE:
Pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Local Government Code, section 217.042, the board of commissioners of the city hereby declares fireworks to be a nuisance per se. (Ord. 652, 8-1-1978)
